【Principle】
This test kit applies magnetic bead method to extract viral nucleic acid from oropharyngeal swab specimens. It uses specific primers and fluorescent probes designed for the conserved region of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) genome, matchced with RT-PCR reaction solution to realize the rapid detection of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) RNA through Real-time PCR detection and high efficiency internal standard technologies.
【Intended use】
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a common cause of respiratory tract infection, especially in infants and children. Patients often have symptoms such as fever, headache, loss of appetite, physical pain or weakness. This test kit is used for the rapid detection of RSV RNA in human oropharyngeal swab specimens, and can be used for clinical auxiliary diagnosis of respiratory tract infection caused by RSV.
