【Principle】
This test kit applies magnetic bead method to extract viral nucleic acid from Hepatitis C virus (HCV) positive serum or plasma specimens. It uses HCV 1b / 2a/ 3a / 3b / 6a specific primers and fluorescent probes, matched with RT-PCR reaction solution to realize the rapid genotyping of HCV 1b / 2a/ 3a / 3b / 6a specific RNA nucleic acid fragments through Real-time PCR detection and high efficiency internal standard technologies.
【Intended use】
A large number of clinical and basic studies have found that people infected with different genotypes of Hepatitis C virus (HCV) have differences in clinical manifestations, hepatitis severity, antiviral diagnosis and treatment. This test kit is used for in vitro qualitative detection of hepatitis C virus 1b, 2a, 3a, 3b and 6a genotypes in serum or plasma specimens, so as to help medical professionals understand the Hepatitis C virus infection of patients and determine appropriate treatment methods.
